UPGRADING THE JUNIORS

You may have come across some drama, where apprentice is learning the skill of his teacher. However, the teacher always will keep some skills within him so that he can always be the master. 

I think otherwise. I feel that we should taught as much as to my juniors. No doubt, by upgrading the skill and knowledge of the juniors it will propose threat as they can overtake you easily.

But looking at another view, only with this competition, you will be very motivate to improve further. As you know the competitor have the same skill and knowledge  as you do ( because you taught them). As such, you will need to always change and improve constantly to stay at the top.

Only by change human  can improve/progress. If the world does not change, human will not fall.
