Previously I have concerns who to take care of my son - loving grand-parents or childcare center?
My choice is childcare center because the teachers there will not only take care of your children. They will also have activities to build the children creativity, to learn ABC, etc. And the child get to make friends and have fun.
Concerns like teachers will not put 100% effort on your child, others children "biting" my children, virus flying around in the care-center. All these are true and do happen. However, as long as it is within control limit, I think it is just parts of life that the parent and child needs to experience.
As for grand-parent, let them rest. Let them enjoy their grand-children by playing with them during weekend. Taking care of them everyday, which is a tiring job.
Parents need to let go to let the children experience and grow.
