Problems are part of life, basically unavoidable.

To solve the problem you will need to identify the root cause. Only by solving the root cause you can eliminate the problems.

Most people only manage to solve immediately problem or surface of the issue. And usually the problem comes back again.

Example, you are tried of working in the company and start searching for a new job. After several months or years you have the same tired feeling again. Why?

Well, it is because you are not tired of the company. But you are tired of the job scope. Most of the people, when they search for new job, they will find same job but different company. Different environment but basically you did not change job at all.

But if you know the root cause, you will not find same job but a different job with different job scope.
