BOOKS: ICEBERG IS MELTING

Great book, easy to read using a fable. Key message delivered clear within just over 100 pages.

The fable is about changes in a penguin colony habitat. For many generations the penguins have lived on the ice berg. One penguin noticed that the ice berg is melting, thus their habitat will be destroy soon.

This is a big news which will change the whole lifestyle of the penguins. This news need to be handle carefully to avoid panic. And it cannot be told to just any penguin, majority will not believe as they have been staying there for generation.  

So the first thing I learnt from this book is, in order to change, you must select the correct person to inform. 

People who is of too high level, he may not listen to you. People of too low level, serve no results. Thus, you need to select the correct people to discuss in order for the change to be in movement.
