In the army, there are rank and authority. But who do you think the soldier will entrust their life in the battlefield? The rank that the commander holds or the trust that the commander has earned?
People follows the leader who they believe in. Not even a great cause will move them without a great leader. If a leader fails to earn their trust, the cause will fail.
Great leader earn the heart and soul of their followers. Only with the true hearts of men, comes the strength to overcome and excel.
