RUBBISH TO RICHES

If you look around your house, you will find a lot of items that are not in used, white elephants.

However, throwing it away will be a waste because the item you have spent hundreds dollar buying it. And the item is still functional. Yet, if you do not throw you never when you will need it.

For me, I sold them off at a cheap price. For example, my harddisk I have purchased it at $200, after 3 years of usage, it is still in great condition but very seldom I use it. Well, I just sold it off at $30.

People might think I have lost $170. To me, I have earned $30 because if I do not sell it off, at the end of the day the value will be $0.

Lastly do not consider too long, especially electronic items as it price drop very quickly.
