Every working day is very hectic for many people. Many of us feel not enough time to do so much things. Yet things keep piling up.
Recently, the first thing I do it that I write down what to do for the day. Keeping in mind that I cannot to all tasks at the same day, I plan the tasks carefully and likely to cover 80% of the 8 hours of work. This start of the day plan usually takes me 10-15 minutes.
From then, I start doing each task on the list one by one. Completing one before proceeding to the next.
By doing this, I find myself more focus for each task. And the task is able to be complete more effectively.
15 minutes planning a day, keep the work from pilling.
