EVERYONE IS HAVE TO BE SALES

Everyone needs to be a sales person. You needs to sell yourself during an interview. You need to sell yourself to get promotion.

Many good hardworking workers do not know how to sell themselves. Without selling themselves, the manager will not know their contribution, effort, commitment to the company.

If you are a manager of a department, you need to sell even more. Not only for yourself, also for the staffs who are working hard for you. If you don’t sell, incentive, promotion, increments will be limited for both you and the people with you.
