PRACTISE WHAT YOU TEACH

If you preach balance of work-life yet you set target the requires your employees to work long working hours.

If encourages your staff to work hard so that you can promote them, but yet you keep employing from external people to fill the higher posts.

If you say something yet do a different thing, ultimately you will lose your employees faith and confidence in you. Honor your words by true action.

Don’t believe what I say, believe what I do.
