Recently gain my weight increase. It times to start weight management.
I have read some articles on the internets. Its has a lot of details which I feels too much of consideration required to take note. So I have simplify as below which is easy to understand:
INPUT – OUTPUT = FATS
INPUT = How much you eats; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack … OUTPUT = How much you use; Walking, running, breathing …
Based on the equation, to reduce my weight I have three choices:
- Reduce input by reducing the amount I eat. Note that the idea is to reduces the amount, not to stop eating. Too less input will affects your health due to lack of energy required for daily operation.
- Increase output. More exercise. Have to be truthful to yourself, if you jog 10 minutes, just expects 10 minutes with of fats reduces.
- The last option is the most effective - reduce input and increase output.
