TEAM TO SYSTEM

Previously, I highlighted the importance of  team. For businessman, not only you should build a team, you also need to build a system.

One person only 24 hour a day, you cannot learn and do everything by yourself. You need your team – a strong team - assistance.

One team (for example, 5 persons), individually each has different goals and idea. They cannot run your business for the whole of their life. Having a system, regardless of who resign or sick, the system keeps running.

Example, Macdonald create a system that young or old staff can make burger/fries. There is no chef that the company depends on.  Business can run at low manpower cost and more stable.
