ECONOMY CRISIS OR OPPORTUNITIES?

Current economy is bad, in fact, it is the worst for the past decades. People worries as such most money are keep in the banks (with extreme low interest) for the possible rainy days.

But everything has 2 sides. Yes, economy is bad now but opportunities have increases many folds.  Now, I see a lot stocks prices are extremely low, and these stocks have good potential to double your money in near future. You don’t get such opportunity when times are good.

For example, SIA price is now below $10, at its peak it hits $19. And normally, when economy recovers it will peak it prices again. And what is the possibilities that SIA closes shop?

Before you invest below are some points to note:

  1. Invest only with extra cash. You should have at least six months of your monthly expenses as reserve after you invest.
  2. Time, waiting game. Expect the wait to be at least 3-5 years. If you cannot wait, do not invest.
  3. Investment is not gamble. Know the tools, cost and risk involved. If you are not certain, either you go find out or keep  away from it.
