DELEGATION & KILL

Delegates is one of the common technique managers used to work effectively in the fast-paced, competitive world.

However other than delegation, the manager should also kill low-value tasks – for both oneself and his team members.

If manager only delegate and delegate without monitoring the workload of his staff. And his staff is tight up with pile up work which include high-value tasks as well as low-value tasks. End results will be all tasks are incomplete or poorly done.

If you are a manager do monitor the workload both yourself and your staff.

If you are a staff, do highlight to your manager when your are overload. You have the right to provide feedback to your boss.
