WHO IS WRONG?

In a team, if the leader is very busy while his team members are free. It means that the leader delegation have problem.

If the team members are very busy and over loaded. That means the leader has management issue.

If some members are busy and some are not. There is a unbalance of workload. The leader delegation and job assign is not good. Plus the team cohesion to work together is not sufficient.

We do not expect everything to be perfect but what we should do is identify the problem early, know the cause and solve it.
