IMPORTANCE OF TEAM

A leader cannot do everything by himself. He needs his team to assist him.

If he has a strong, effective, proactive team - his job will be easy and good.

If he has a weak, ineffective, passive team - his job will be tough and tiring.

How to get a good team? You have to train each of them individually. It takes time and effort and a lot of experience.

And to have a lasting strong team, train them to be leaders/mentors as well. Only with leaders/mentors within the team, then the team will be strong and lasting.

If you are a manager, do spend time and effort to train your staffs. They are your valuable assets and key to success.
