YOUR VALUE IN YOUR COMPANY

I know a lot of colleagues that work very hard for the company. Yes, it a good employee but let try to answer the following:

If you are a COE of a company which employee will you choose:

a) An employee who works very hard and do to overtime everyday. And generates $500 daily for the company.

b) An employee who comes in punctual and leave office sharp. And generate $1000 daily for the company.

If I am the boss, I will definitely choose (b). Now is your choice, which type of employee you want to be (a) or (b).
