CAREER PATH

When I was still in school, I have to make decision of what to study - Account stream or Technical stream. When ask my brother or sister, they always says you must know what you want to do in future. Simple words, but yet so difficult to understand.

It is only after I started working a few years, that I know what it meant.

Let me elaborate with the following example:
I want to be a successful business-man. To be a successful business-man, I need sales skill, management skill, account skill, networking. Knowing on the the skill needed, all the decision made should be sail towards that destination. So my studies should be accounts/finance related, or business relation. My job should be sales or marketing.

In short, only by understanding what you want in life then you can decide with path to take. Certain paths may not be what you like, but if you know your goal you will know that it is necessary take the path to achieved your final destination.

If you know your career path, good for you.
If you still do not know, you should consider to plan one now.
