WHY YOUR BOSS DO NOT GIVE MORE PAY?

Most companies are created to generate money. Thus all operations or departments plays a part to create money, one way or the other, for the company.

For the company to pay you more, first you must ask yourself, are you making enough value for your company to pay you more?

If your answer is no, then your job is highly insecure and can be terminate anytime.

If your answer is yes, ask yourself the next question.


Did you ask your boss for the pay increment by stating the value you have generated?

If your answer is no, ASK. You have every right to request for a higher pay.

If you answer is yes, and still not getting enough. You should look for another company. I am sure a lot of companies would like to employ people who are able to generate value for the company.


Do review your value for your company regularly. You may have been generating a lot of money previously. But as time and market change, what works yesterday may not work today.
